Welcome to Wooton Desks (the “Site”), operated as a brand product website of Glenn Furniture. By accessing or purchasing through this Site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.
1) General
- Wooton Desks is a premium furniture brand under Glenn Furniture.
- All orders, whether direct or through Glenn Furniture, are subject to these Terms.
- We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time.
2) Orders & Quotes
- All pricing is provided on a quote basis.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit (see Section 3).
3) Deposits & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
- The balance must be paid in full before shipping.
- Payments are made via the agreed method stated on the invoice/quote.
- Custom designs (if requested) may require a design deposit, which will be applied toward the order upon confirmation.
4) Minimum Order Size
- Standard production requires a minimum of one 20-foot container.
- For larger projects, 40-foot container orders are available.
- Special note for Wooton Desks: A custom Wooton Desk can be included as part of a container-sized order placed with Glenn Furniture.
5) Production & Timeline
- Typical production time is 6 weeks for a 20-foot container and 8–10 weeks for a 40-foot container.
- Weekly photos and progress updates will be provided during production.
- Any changes requested after production begins will be billed at the customer’s expense and may affect delivery schedules.
6) Shipping & Delivery
- All shipping costs, local packing charges, and ocean freight must be paid in full prior to shipment.
- Upon arrival at the destination port, the customer is responsible for:
- Customs clearance
- Duties/taxes
- Local delivery and installation (if required)
7) Quality & Warranty
- All products are handmade from natural materials. Variations in color, texture, and grain are normal and part of the product’s character.
- Glenn Furniture warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment.
- Claims for defects must be made within 14 days of delivery.
8) Returns & Cancellations
- Because all furniture is made-to-order, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- Returns are not accepted except in the case of documented defects acknowledged by Glenn Furniture.
9) Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, and content on wootondesks.com are the property of Glenn Furniture and Wooton Desks.
- Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
10) Limitation of Liability
- Glenn Furniture shall not be liable for delays due to shipping, customs, natural disasters, or events outside of our control.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
11) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
